8. REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our services, you are entitled to claim
100% refund within three days of payment, or your ad going online.
You must e-mail MilitaryClassifiedListings.com within three days of
your ad going online that you are dissatisfied. Any claim of refund
after three days of payment, or your ad going online, will not be
considered and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
9. DISPUTES
You agree that "our" decision will be acceptable to you in case of
any dispute over advertising and/or other services offered by
MilitaryClassifiedListings.com.
10. COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK/RESTRICTIONS ON USE

of MilitaryClassifiedListings.com and are owned by

text, design, logos, images, sounds, documents, photographs and any and
all information of any kind in any form , incorporated into, published
or otherwise exhibited on this website including the arrangement and
display of those "materials", are protected by Copyright or other
intellectual property rights and are owned and controlled by
MilitaryClassifiedListings.com and/or its vendors or suppliers.
